Q.  How do I access this quiz site?

Q.  What are the system requirments to use this site?

A.  This website may not work on a MAC. Any Microsoft Operating System with internet access should work fine.

Q.  I am unable to Sign Up or Login?

A.  Please make sure Cookies are enabled.  Verify your browser Privacy setting is not set above "Medium High".

Q.  I was disconnected while in the middle of my test.

A.  When you purchase an Subscription, it's based on a single user accessing our tests.  Some of our members may decide to share their User ID and Password with others.  This will be an inconvenience to you as we have chosen to limit one connection at a time. Once someone else logins using your ID, you will be disconnected.

Q.  My Membership is about to expire.  How can I renew?>

A.  Login then click the Payment link.  When you login with an expired account, you will be directed to the PayPal PAYMENT page immediately.

Q.  I signed up and paid for my Membership.  Why is my Membership not active within the minute stated on your sign up page.

A.  When you complete your payment with PayPal, our system  is notified electronically of the payment.  On rare occassions, communication problems may prevent activation immediately.  We sincerely apologise.  If the problem is not resolved within 1 hour, please use the Contact Us page. Please include your User Id and the PayPal Receipt Id.  PLEASE NOTE! It may take up to 24 hours to resolve this issue.

Q.  I forgot my password.

A.  We do not respond to user id and password request.
